Wishful Thinking

Yep, it's that time of year again: all family members should take a moment and add a few items to their wishlists.
I'm working on a new version of the wishlist site, and hope to be ready with a beta release soon, but it's slow going and with Christmas rapidly approaching, I may not make it in time. I do, however, already have a plan to migrate data from the old to the new, so any transition should be simple. Speaking of the old version, yes, I'm aware of an issue where you can't enter numbers into the Price field if you're using Firefox. No, I don't intend to fix it; just use Internet Explorer until the new version is completed.
You'll likely notice that, yes, Jonathan does have a list created. I would like to ask everyone to please exercise some restraint so that he doesn't wind up with a bunch of stuff that he outgrows before he has a chance to enjoy. If you must get him more than one thing, keep to down to one each of these three items:
-
Something he needs (currently, that's pretty much just diapers, but maybe a stroller)
-
Something he wants (1 (ONE) toy from his list or something else age appropriate or that he might grow into before his birthday)
-
Something to wear (We're still doing pretty good on clothes, but we'll try to let y'all know as he moves up sizes)
If, after one (1) of each of those three things, you still want to spend money on him, then please contribute that toward his savings account or get him a CD (certificate of deposit, not compact disc) or something. I hear that he's also a fan of HDTVs and laminate flooring, if you're so inclined.
