Busy Weekend

Last weekend was another fun-filled and busy one.
On Saturday, I left at 10 to help with rehearsal for an Easter choir our church was having for Palm Sunday. While I was out, Marci decided she'd help me on some yard work. She had only intended to mow the back yard, but when she finished she discovered that she'd locked herself out of the house! Faced with boredom, she decided to continue on and mow the front yard. I came home to find her sitting on the patio; she'd tired out with about 15 minutes of mowing left for me to do.
On Sunday, Mom and Greg came over and helped us in the yard. Greg edged the yard (since we don't have a Weed-eater yet), I used Nana's electric chainsaw to trim some branches that were scraping one of our sheds, Marci and Mom pulled weeds, Greg and I laid down some more planks in the attic (I might be able to run network cable now!), we removed a section of deck railing (so it's easier to get from the deck to the playset), and did some other yard cleanup. There's still a lot to do now that it's getting warmer, but it's starting to come together.
